The premise behind this book is intriguing and interesting to say the least. He actually reminds me very much of Edgar Cayce. In both cases, they listen or listened to spirit voices who scan and recommend medical treatment for people's illnesses.
Much of what he writes is common sense and logical and would benefit people in general but I do not know enough about the specific herbs etc to make a judgement in that area. He seems to have helped people with his advice. Some of it I found very interesting especially the connection between the spiritual and physical beings which we are. I just wish that he had addressed the issue of Oral Allergy Syndrome and Tree Nut/Peanut allergies. I received a copy of this book from the publisher via Netgalley for free in exchange for an honest review.
